Hello everyone!
It is with great satisfaction that I announce the updated version of my S.E.U.C.K game, Abyssal Karma!
This project started with many challenges and difficulties, including some disagreements with the person who was originally going to collaborate with me. But I left all of that behind and decided to look for someone experienced in programming who could help me add the missing features to the game. I needed someone who knew how to use the SEUCK Title Screen Maker, and who would have thought that its creator, Richard Bayliss, would offer to help me?
Richard worked magic on the game! He not only added all the features I needed but also brought new ideas that made the game even more special. His talent and kindness are truly inspiring, and it is a great honor to have his contribution to my first Commodore 64 game.
I hope you all enjoy this new version! I’m already working on the sequel, Abyssal Karma Part 2, which I believe will be ready by mid-year.

This version includes the following features:
Enhanced title screen
Exclusive soundtrack: With tracks for the title screen, "Get Ready," "Game Over," and the high score table.
Custom sound effects
Power-up system: Players can now collect items that progressively increase their shooting range. Progress is maintained even after defeats.
Improved boss battle: Visible final boss.
Addition of a "smart bomb"
High score table

An evil black spider alien is terrorizing Earth...
Your mission is to fly your fighter over the landscapes and do battle with the rogue defenses and the aliens.
Then, you must fight the black alien.
Its shots will destroy it and the other two alien bosses.
Shoot the leg-cannon aliens to trigger a smart bomb.
Pick up power-ups to increase your firing distance.
Can you save Earth from the threat of alien invasion?
